These terms apply to the Green X Arena account and activated digital features. Specific paid bookings, events or products may be subject to additional terms and prices shown before purchase.
2. Registration and account
Registration requires accurate and current information and acceptance of these terms. Credentials must be kept confidential. Accounts may not be transferred or misused. Minors require parental approval where required by law.
3. Services
The initial platform provides registration, login and profile management. Booking, teams, rankings and other modules will be activated gradually. There is no entitlement to a particular future feature or uninterrupted, unchanged availability. Material restrictions will be communicated appropriately.
4. Acceptable use
Illegal content, deception, harassment, technical manipulation, automated attacks, disclosure of third-party data and use that endangers people, the platform or locations are prohibited. Users may upload profile images or content only when they hold the necessary rights.
5. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security risks or material breaches and terminated after appropriate review. Users may request account deletion unless statutory retention duties apply.
6. Availability and liability
We operate the platform with reasonable care but cannot eliminate maintenance, technical disruptions or force majeure. Liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury and mandatory consumer rights remains unaffected. Otherwise, liability follows applicable law.
7. Privacy and communications
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Contractual and security messages may be sent electronically to the registered email address.
8. Law and dispute resolution
Czech law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections of the consumer’s habitual residence. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Praha 1, coi.gov.cz, for alternative dispute resolution.
9. Changes and final provisions
Changes are published transparently with a version date. Renewed acceptance is requested where changes materially affect continued use. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms.
