2. Data we process
Depending on use, we process identity and contact details, account and login data, address, date of birth and age group, home location, hockey and profile data, profile image, language settings, consent records, newsletter status and technical security logs. Booking, team, match, ranking or payment data may be added when those modules are activated; we will provide information before activation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Account, profile and requested features: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and proof of acceptance: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statutory retention and disclosure duties: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Newsletter and voluntary features: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time for the future.
4. Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to authorised staff and necessary hosting, email, IT, security and payment providers. Providers are contractually bound to data protection obligations. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for the account and features or required by law and potential legal claims. After account deletion, unnecessary data is erased or anonymised. Acceptance records are retained for the necessary evidentiary and limitation periods.
6. Security and required data
We use technical and organisational safeguards, access controls, encrypted transmission and logged administration. Required fields are necessary for the account or requested feature. We do not use solely automated decisions producing legal effects.
7. Minors
Where required, a parent or guardian must provide the necessary declarations and supervise a minor’s use. Age-specific activities may require additional evidence.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Contact info@green-x-arena.com. 9. Cookies, changes and version
Essential cookies and local storage support login, language and security. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only after a separate choice. Material changes receive a new version and, where required, renewed acceptance.
